My stay at the Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel & Spa was fantastic! The location in the heart of the old town made exploring so easy, and the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The only slight downside was that I wished more staff members spoke fluent English, but I managed with Google Translate. Overall, a great experience! 😊

My stay at the Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel & Spa was pretty awesome overall! The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to make my visit special. However, the noise from the traffic outside was a bit of a bother for a light sleeper like me.

I had a lovely stay at the Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel & Spa, where I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is new and beautifully maintained with a cozy atmosphere. I did notice that the rooftop could benefit from a bit more ambiance—no food or drinks were offered there, which felt like a missed opportunity for a great hangout spot. Overall, my experience was very positive, though a little more attention to detail on the rooftop would enhance it even more.
